I led the UI execution for TomTom’s new mobile navigation app, shaping a modern experience used by over 1M users. As a senior IC, I partnered with product and engineering to ship core navigation flows and user-driven improvements that supported 100% user growth during rollout.

I contributing to the full UX, while owning the navigation interaction redesign and the UI design for TomTom Maps' search flow across its lifecycle -- from the initial experience under tight constraints, through the navigation architecture overhaul after alpha, to evolving the flow through filters, richer POI data, and conversational AI search.

I led the design system and token strategy for TomTom's new navigation app, defining a scalable, cross-platform foundation for iOS and Android. Through a JSON-driven pipeline and close collaboration with engineering, I built a system flexible enough to absorb rapid iteration at launch and influential enough to shape TomTom's broader product ecosystem.

The features I designed became the most-used capability in the app, while improvements to onboarding reduced drop-off by 15%, directly supporting engagement and long-term adoption.

Zerezes is an eyewear startup reshaping how Brazilians consume eyewear. The brand started from the wish to explore different materials and means of local production. It has grown to be Brazil's coolest eyewear brand, now aiming to disrupt the eyewear marketplace with its direct-to-consumer (DTC) business model. As one of the founders, I took Zerezes from inception to a rapidly growing business with multiple stores across Brazil. I exited in 2019 to pursue other creative ventures, the company continues to thrive with 31 stores across Brazil.
